Deer on Fire Island
Too many deer on Fire Island, they say.
I saw family of deer everyday this past month.
They roamed through the towns and dunes. Some people are seen feeding them!
They were covered with ticks!
Don't feed the deer!

Rainy Days, Long Island
When was the last time we had rain like this?
I can't even remember, but my trees are happy!
The dry summer had some of the trees looking wilted and brown.
I hope this perks them up and prepares them for the winter ahead.
